Frost/Nixon, which is released in UK cinemas on Jan 23rd, has today been nominated for six BAFTA awards.
It was announced this morning that Frost/Nixon is a contender in the following categories:
Best Film - Tim Bevan, Eric Fellner, Brian Grazer, Ron Howard.
Best Director- Ron Howard
Adapted Screenplay - Peter Morgan
Leading Actor - Frank Langella
Editing - Mike Hill and Dan Hanley
Make up and Hair - Edouard Henriques and Kim Santantonio
Burn After Reading has also been nominated for three awards.
Best Supporting Actor - Brad Pitt
Best Supporting Actress - Tilda Swinton
Best Original Screenplay - Joel and Ethan Coen.
The Orange British Academy Film Awards are set to take place on Sunday 8th February 2009 at the Royal Opera House in London.
