Last week, 'United 93' was screened out of competition at the Cannes International Film Festival. The black-tie screening, held at the Palais, was attended by director Paul Greengrass and producer Lloyd Levin together with other members of the cast and crew including Cheyenne Jackson who plays passenger Mark Bingham, and Ben Sliney who was National Operations Manager for the FAA on September 11th, and who plays himself in the film.
Also in attendance were family members of some of the passengers of United flight 93, including Melodie Homer whose husband, First Officer LeRoy Homer Jr, was one of the two United pilots who lost their lives aboard United flight 93 on September 11th.
