Having used the working title 'Middle of Nowhere' during production, this film will now be called 'Gone.'
Set in the Australian outback, 'Gone' is a contemporary psychological thriller in which a young British couple become involved with a mysterious and charismatic American whose motive for imposing his friendship upon them becomes increasingly suspect and sinister.
'Gone' stars Amelia Warner (Mansfield Park, Stoned), Shaun Evans (Being Julia) and Scott Mechlowicz (Mean Creek) and is directed by Ringan Ledwidge who makes his feature directorial debut having made many acclaimed and award-winning commercials and music videos.
During filming, the crew sent back regular updates from the set. Click on the link below to see the weekly diaries and video diaries from Australia.
'Gone' will be released in late 2006.
